During your personalized consultation, we will ask questions to get a better idea of what your current eating habits are, in order to design the best keto meal plan for you. You’ll be asked to complete a 3 day meal diary so that we are able to view your most recent eating habits also.

We will discuss the different nutritional food groups and work through a list of foods to find out which ones you enjoy eating the most, as well as recording any allergies or intolerances you may have. This is to ensure that you have the opportunity to eat a variety of keto friendly foods and also that any foods you may be allergic or intolerant to, are omitted from your meal plan.

How does it work?

Firstly, you will be assigned access to our diet app cronometer. Here, you will be able to log and track your foods. 

Then our KETO nutritionist will conduct a careful analysis  of your profile, and send you (through the app), advice on:
